程娥


 

简介

程娥,工学博士,硕士生导师,JMMMICROFLUID NANOFLUID等国际期刊审稿专家。20153月在大连理工大学机械工程专业获得博士学位,20157月通过人才引进至河北工业大学机械工程学院工作至今。主要研究方向为微纳结构及器件的加工成型技术,微电子机械系统技术,微纳流控芯片系统技术。主持和参与国家自然科学基金、河北省基金、河北省教育厅基金等多项课题,发表SCI论文10余篇。

 

 

教育工作经历

20153月,博士毕业于大连理工大学机械工程学院,机械工程专业。

20157月,就职河北工业大学机械工程学院,机械设计制造及其自动化专业。

研究方向

1)微纳结构及器件的加工成型技术

2)微电子机械系统(MEMS);

3)微纳流控芯片系统技术。
